Dear Parents, Students, and Community Members,

As the Chairman of BOD, and Founder of Redbridge International School (RBIS), it is my privilege to share my vision for our school. Since establishing RBIS in 2025, my goal has been to create a learning community where every student can thrive as a compassionate, capable, and globally minded leader. From the very beginning, our philosophy has been that true education nurtures the whole child intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and morally while remaining deeply rooted in Cambodian culture and traditions.

Guided by our core values of Responsibility, Belonging, International-mindedness, and Stewardship, RBIS provides a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where students are encouraged to explore their curiosity, develop creativity, and embrace global perspectives. I am committed to ensuring that every student leaves RBIS not only with knowledge and skills but also with empathy, resilience, and the confidence to make a meaningful impact in their communities and the wider world.

ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល (BOD) និងជាស្ថាបនិកនៃសាលាអន្តរជាតិ Redbridge (RBIS) ជាកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងខ្លាំងសម្រាប់ខ្ញុំក្នុងការចែករំលែកទស្សនវិស័យរបស់ខ្ញុំសម្រាប់សាលារបស់យើង។ ចាប់តាំងពីការបង្កើត RBIS នៅឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ គោលបំណងរបស់ខ្ញុំគឺបង្កើតសហគមន៍សិក្សាមួយ ដែលសិស្សគ្រប់រូបអាចរីកចម្រើន ក្លាយជាអ្នកដឹកនាំដែលមានមេត្តាករុណា មានសមត្ថភាព និងមានចក្ខុវិស័យអន្តរជាតិ។ តាំងពីដំបូងមក យើងជឿជាក់ថា ការអប់រំពិតប្រាកដត្រូវអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារគ្រប់ផ្នែក ទាំងបញ្ញា សង្គម អារម្មណ៍ រាងកាយ និងគុណធម៌ ស្របពេលដែលនៅតែចាក់ឬសជ្រៅទៅក្នុងវប្បធម៌ និងប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ។
យោងទៅតាមតម្លៃស្នូលរបស់យើង រួមមាន ទំនួលខុសត្រូវ អារម្មណ៍ជាសមាជិក ចក្ខុវិស័យអន្តរជាតិ និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ RBIS ផ្តល់ជូននូវបរិយាកាសសុវត្ថិភាព ការរួមបញ្ចូល និងបំផុសគំនិត ដែលលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យសិស្សស្វែងរកពីចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្ត អភិវឌ្ឍភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត និងទទួលយកទស្សនៈពិភពលោក។ ខ្ញុំប្តេជ្ញាធានាថា សិស្សគ្រប់រូបនៅពេលដែលរៀនចប់ពី RBIS មិនត្រឹមតែមានចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញទេ ប៉ុន្តែពួកគេចេញទៅជាមួយនឹងភាពមេត្តាករុណា ភាពអត់ធន់ និងទំនុកចិត្តក្នុងការបង្កើតភាពវិជ្ជមានដល់សហគមន៍ និងពិភពលោក។

It is my privilege to lead Redbridge International School (RBIS) as CEO, where our mission is to provide holistic, student-centred education that equips learners for a rapidly evolving world. RBIS is licensed to implement the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and the Western Australian Curriculum (WAC), delivered within a trilingual program that integrates Khmer and Chinese. This ensures our students benefit from an internationally recognised education, preparing them for global university pathways and beyond, while remaining deeply connected to their cultural identity.

Founded in 2025, RBIS is committed to fostering academic excellence, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, while developing students’ character in alignment with our core values: Responsibility, Belonging, International-mindedness, and Stewardship. We recognise that strong partnerships between parents, teachers, and the wider community are essential for every student to reach their full potential.

Looking ahead, our vision is to become a fully digitalised school, integrating technology to enhance learning, innovation, and global connectivity. Our goal is to continue nurturing confident, compassionate, and innovative learners who are equipped to lead, contribute, and thrive both locally and globally. Dear Parents, Students, and Members of the RBIS Community,

It is a great honour and privilege to serve as the School Principal of Redbridge International School (RBIS). My purpose is clear: to lead strong academic outcomes through excellent teaching, a rigorous and coherent curriculum, and purposeful assessment within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. At RBIS, excellence is defined by the quality of instruction, the strength of our learning culture, and the well-being of every student, supported through meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community.

Our academic program reflects this commitment to clarity and consistency. In the Early Years, the International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) builds strong foundations through inquiry-based learning. From primary through to secondary, the Western Australian Curriculum (WAC), alongside Khmer and Chinese programs, provides a coherent and internationally aligned pathway. We prioritise instructional excellence, curriculum integrity, and data-informed practice to ensure continuous improvement and high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

Our success is measured by student outcomes—progress, confidence, and character. We are committed to developing globally competent learners through the 6Cs: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, character, and citizenship.
